Technical Assistance Center – Onsite
The onsite Cisco CX Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team is also available to discuss custom solutions at kiosks focused on:

The TAC theater will have 18 mini-presentations that you can add to your Cisco Live schedule.
CX Big Wave Sweepstakes
Don’t forget to participate in the CX Big Wave Sweepstakes for a chance to win a gaming and surfing themed prize package (value of $3200 AUD.) CX Big Wave Sweepstakes tasks can be accessed through the Cisco Live app under Cisco Challenge. Deadline to enter is Thursday, June 12th at 11:00 AM. Cisco Customer Achievement Awards
Our CX Customer Hero of the Year awards are now part of the overall Cisco Customer Achievement Awards program.
CX Customer Hero of the Year award honors the customer with the strongest outcomes from Cisco Customer Experience, including those in AI-Ready Data Centers, Future-Proofed Workplaces, Digital Resilience and our CX Customer Hero of the Year.
Winners will be announced in the awards ceremony on Monday, November 10 in the World of Solutions.
